This prestigious project is an underfloor heating installation in a brand new property overlooking the Royal Birkdale Golf Course. Around 250m² of Tradewoods Super 6 Rustic unfinished boards were bonded down over the underfloor heating system, with the boards being finished off with two coats of Treatex Hardwax Oil Clear. The floor is maintained by suction hoovering the areas to remove any dust or grit and then cleaning off using a 'dry-mop' with a small amount of Treatex Floorcare diluted in a small amount of tepid water.
